Terri-Helen Gaynor has over 25 years’ international experience in strategic communication in the public and private sectors.

Terri-Helen is a Director of the NSW Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) and a member of the following:

  • PRIA NSW Board Member and NSW Mentoring Committee
  • The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)
  • The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)
  • The Australia Investor Relations Institute (ARIA)

Managing Director

Terri-Helen began her career in the Commonwealth Government. She worked for 10 years in the areas of policy development, communication and training and development for various government agencies in Australia.  She then consulted for 10 years in Asia developing and implementing internal and external communication programs for clients in Hong Kong, the PRC, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia.

Since returning to Australia her clients have included the ATO, Department of Infrastructure, DEEWR, Austrade, The Treasury, Department of Broadband, Department of Environment and Heritage, Saatchi & Saatchi, Brien Holden Vision Institute, British Pensions in Australia, Bupa Australia, Mortgage Choice, NSW Department of Housing, ING Investment Management, OPTUS, Tasmanian Salmon Growers Association, Philips, Lucent Technologies, SEEK, Macquarie University, Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), GoSwitch, KPMG, Deutsche Bank, Macquarie Bank, Wolters Kluwer Health and Clinuvel.
 
Terri-Helen has also received Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) cultural training and is accredited in training and mentoring indigenous businesses. She is also a board member and on the mentoring committee for PRIA in NSW.
