Our Small Business Package is designed to assist you with the structure and skills required to effectively develop a communications and marketing strategy for your business.
Reputation works with you to transform your strategic business plan by developing new, structured business plans; and communications and marketing strategies that engage stakeholders, influence behaviour and improve communications.
We begin by consulting your key staff in an initial meeting to further determine your requirements. We then tailor a highly interactive workshop to meet those objectives.
What does it involve?
Usually, the workshop is held over one day and covers:
- What is a Strategic Communications and Marketing Plan?
- How to write a Strategic Communications and Marketing Plan
- How to develop Implementation, Budgeting and Evaluation Plans
- How to identify key stakeholders and their issues and priorities – stakeholder mapping
- A review of previous communications and marketing strategies and tactics
- A review of current and potential issues or projects to be considered
- A review of key themes and messages and how best to communicate them
- A review and identification of appropriate communication tools and materials for each stakeholder group including frequency, reach and distribution; the format and language, matched with available resources.
What are the expected outcomes?
At the end of the workshop you will have a blue print for a strategic communications and marketing plan for both your company and individual products and services. Reputation can also assist after the workshop, mentoring individuals through the process and advising them on the quality of their plans and implementation strategies.
The frequency and format of these mentoring sessions are tailored to your experience and you level of understanding, following the workshop. Mentoring is available as a monthly meeting with your most senior business advisor or via ad hoc phone and email assistance, or a combination of these options.
